Ingredients: 1 package Sweet Logic Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake  3 egg 3 tbsp butter 2 TBSP heavy-whipping cream 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water 1 tsp baking powder 6 TBSP sugar substitute (Try Sweet Logic's own Logica!) 4 tbsp coconut flour Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together mug cake, 1 tbsp butter, 1 egg and 1 tbsp coconut flour.
