  • What is Allulose?

  • Are you certified Gluten-Free?

No. Our products are NOT produced in a gluten-free facility.

  • Are your products produced in a nut-free facility?

Our products are NOT produced in a nut-free facility.

  • How long does shipping take? 

We offer USPS First Class shipping, which typically arrives in 3 business days.

  • How do I change the flavors in my Subscription? 
So our current set up is a little bit less than ideal due to the two pieces of software we use to do the subscription and allow for you to select the different cakes for the BYO 5 Pack. They don't play super well together. So you'll have to add a new 5 pack with your desired flavors to your subscription and delete the old one. 
The best way to do this is to log in - You can click the little person in the top right or there is a "manage subscription" link in the footer. 
*If you haven't created a password yet, click "Create account" and use the email you get your order notifications at to register. 
After your logged in. Go to the BYO page and select your new 5 pack with updated flavors, click subscribe and save, and add to your cart.  You should get an option to add it to your subscription since you are logged into your account. 
Once its added, just go remove the old 5 pack from your subscription. Clicking "my subscription" in the bottom left footer on the site is the best way to get there or through the link in your email. You'll see both 5 packs and it lists the flavors under each. Just remove the one that isn't wanted any more.

  • What is the return policy? 

We do not accept returns of our products, but should you be dissatisfied with the product, please sent us an email (matt @ and we'll do our best to make it right.
