YUM! Decided to use my Apple Cinnamon Mug Mix by @eatsweetlogic to make these instead of a mug cake! All ya need besides this mix is 1 tbsp butter + 1 egg.
I baked mine in a donut mold at 350 for 12 mins, and this made 3 donuts.Then when cooled I brushed it with a little melted butter, then dipped it in a mix of cinnamon + granular sweetener.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp butter
1 packet of @eatsweetlogic Lemon Poppyseed Mug Cake Mix
1 Egg
whipped cream
sugar-free sprinkles
sugar-free white chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a mug
Pour in 1 packet of @eatsweetlogic Lemon Poppyseed Mug Cake Mix
Crack 1 egg into your mug & stir well.
Microwave for 60 seconds
Top with whipped cream, sugar-free white chocolate & sugar-free sprinkles
