YUM! Decided to use my Apple Cinnamon Mug Mix by @eatsweetlogic to make these instead of a mug cake! All ya need besides this mix is 1 tbsp butter + 1 egg.
I baked mine in a donut mold at 350 for 12 mins, and this made 3 donuts.
Then when cooled I brushed it with a little melted butter, then dipped it in a mix of cinnamon + granular sweetener.
