Frequently Asked Questions

Is Sweet Logic free from sugar alcohols?

Sweet Logic is 100% free from sugar alcohols. This is important to us because sugar alcohols have been used by the food industry to lower net carbs, but they have some unintended consequences on our digestion. We innovate all Sweet Logic products to make our taste buds and our bods happy!

How long do Sweet Logic mixes last?

If unopened, Sweet Logic mixes have an 18 month shelf life from the date of production. If opened, we recommend keeping the pouch zipped up to avoid exposure to air.

Are any Sweet Logic products plant-based or vegan friendly?

Our Brownie and Peanut Butter Cookie Mug Mixes are plant - based and vegan friendly. All our other mixes (except Red Velvet and Confetti) are plant- based and have the ability to be made vegan if you choose to use a plant oil and an egg replacement.

Are any Sweet Logic products Kosher?

Because we are a small family-owned business, we do not have the capacity to become Kosher certified. All our products are pork-free and there is a full cleaning and sanitation between products.

Are all Sweet Logic products keto-friendly?

We always innovate with the keto-diet in mind, so all of our products have between 1-5g of net carbs per serving, so they are 100% keto-friendly

Are Sweet Logic products gluten-free?

Every ingredient we use is free from gluten. Although we do not manufacture in a gluten-free facility, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to SQF standards.

How do I make Sweet Logic dairy & egg free?

All of our "just add water" mug mixes are dairy free, and Brownie and Peanut Butter cookie are egg free. To make our original mixes dairy and egg free, all you do is substitute oil for the butter and an egg replacement for the egg. Some egg replacements we like are JUST egg and flax egg.

What are Net Carbs?

Not all carbs are created equal and total carbs don't paint the whole picture. Fiber and natural sweeteners don't spike blood sugar, so they are subtracted from total carbohydrates when determining net carbs. You can think of net carbs as what will actually affect your blood sugar levels. In our case, net carbs = total carbs - fiber - allulose.

What is Allulose?

Allulose is a non-artificial sweetener that is found naturally occurring in figs and dates. Allulose has been shown to have no effect on blood sugar levels and molecularly is very similar to sugar, so it tastes and bakes just like the "real" thing.

How is allulose made?

Our allulose manufacturer makes allulose by breaking down the carbohydrate in corn through a proprietary enzymatic process. The result is an awesome ingredient that tastes and bakes like sugar but much better for you.

How many calories does allulose have?

Allulose has approximately .4 calories per gram. Regular sugar has 4 calories per gram, so allulose has 90% less calories than sugar but all the sweet goodness!

What is stevia?

Stevia is a low glycemic natural sweetener that really brings our sweetness up a notch. You see, allulose alone is only 70% as sweet as regular sugar, so we need an extra kick to bring the sweetness profile to 100%.

Will there be an aftertaste?

Even if you've hated stevia in the past, our customers say that they don't even taste stevia in our products and that there is zero aftertaste! Try it for yourself and if you're not satisfied we will make it right!

Yes, we do!

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do, although we are unable to offer free international shipping at this time. When you go through the checkout process, you will see the cost for your international shipment.

How do I edit my subscription?

So our current set up is a little bit less than ideal due to the two pieces of software we use to do the subscription and allow for you to select the different cakes for the BYO 5 Pack.

They don't play super well together. So you'll have to add a new 5 pack with your desired flavors to your subscription and delete the old one.

The best way to do this is to log in - You can click the little person in the top right or there is a "manage subscription" link in the footer.

*If you haven't created a password yet, click "Create account" and use the email you get your order notifications at to register.

After your logged in. Go to the BYO page and select your new 5 pack with updated flavors, click subscribe and save, and add to your cart. You should get an option to add it to your subscription since you are logged into your account.

Once its added, just go remove the old 5 pack from your subscription. Clicking "my subscription" in the bottom left footer on the site is the best way to get there or through the link in your email. You'll see both 5 packs and it lists the flavors under each. Just remove the one that isn't wanted any more.

If you have any trouble anywhere in the process email me at Matt @ (we are working on improving this BTW, but we're not programmers!)

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting "cancel subscription."

How do I login to my account?

You can click the little person in the top right or there is a "manage subscription" link in the footer.

*If you haven't created a password yet, click "Create account" and use the email you get your order notifications at to register.
