Finally tried this popular flavor Confetti Mug Cake and it was amazing!!!
I loved the flavor and texture. It was just like a "real" cupcake.
Followed the directions but added unsweetened almond milk instead of water. I also got 3 cupcakes out the mix instead of doing one mug cake. I topped them off with Birch Benders vanilla frosting and Stokabars sprinkles. So excited to try the rest of the flavors I have left.
