Microwave your chocolate flavored mug cake as per packaging instructions. Set aside and cool. Once cooled cut into three even portions. Throw the blackberries and cherries in a pan and cook down with water and swerve granulated sugar for a few minutes. Once reduced add the jam and honey and stir. Cook for 1 min for thickness. Set aside and cool.
To assemble the cake:
Later each mug cake with whip cream and cherry mixture (save just a little for the top). Repeat three times and then cover it with the whip on sides but scrape at cake so it looks slightly naked. Put in the fridge to set for 10 min.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Remove cake from the fridge and slather on top. Let drip on sides if possible. Put back into the fridge to let the chocolate harden.
Once the chocolate is hardened, remove and throw the rest of the cherry mixture on top. Add fresh cherries as well.
Optional: Edible flowers, chocolate shavings, and confectioners sugar to top it off.
