After a long Friday I decided to celebrate the end of a LONG week with a cute, quick dessert! & what's a better combo than brownie & ice cream. I used @eatsweetlogic for my brownie mix, it takes 2 mins to put together literally, topped with my favorite ice cream and BOOM! Guilt free dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of Sweet Logic Fudge Brownie Mug Mix
- 2 tbsp water
- Ice Cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add 1 Packet Sweet Logic Fudge Brownie Mug Mix to a mug.
- Add 2 tbsp water & stir well.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Transfer the mug cake into a nice glass.
- Top it with your favorite ice cream.
