This is not a drill! I’m sharing my secret with y’all. To keep my sugar cravings down. I eat these low sugar & low carb mug cakes. I stay in my carbs & calories with these. ⁠
INGREDIENTS:
Mug Cake:
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp of butter (optional)
microwave for 1 minute
Smoothie:
1 cup of Spinach
half of fresh Avocado
1 sliced frozen banana
1/2 cup of fresh Milk
