Bake a carrot cake following the directions on a bag of @eatsweetlogic Ultimate Carrot Mug Cake Mix.
Bake it for less time so it doesn’t overbake when adding the cheesecake on top.
Then, mix up cheesecake batter & top the carrot cake. Bake again until cheesecake is fully set. Put in fridge to cool. Top with crushed nuts before serving & devour!
