Made the most delicious gluten-free cupcakes with @eatsweetlogic ‘s Yellow Cake Mix & Allulose
INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Whisk 4 eggs into a large bowl
  3. Stir cake mix into bowl
  4. Add 8 tbsp melted butter or oil to bowl
  5. Add mix to a greased 12 muffin tins
  6. Bake for 20-24 minutes
  7. Top with icing made with Sweet Logic Allulose & sprinkles of your choice
  8. Cool for 2-3 minutes before enjoying
