Made the most delicious gluten-free cupcakes with @eatsweetlogic ‘s Yellow Cake Mix & Allulose
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Pack of Sweet Logic Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 8 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 pack of Allulose to make the icing
- Spinkles (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Whisk 4 eggs into a large bowl
- Stir cake mix into bowl
- Add 8 tbsp melted butter or oil to bowl
- Add mix to a greased 12 muffin tins
- Bake for 20-24 minutes
- Top with icing made with Sweet Logic Allulose & sprinkles of your choice
- Cool for 2-3 minutes before enjoying
