Whipped up their Lemon Poppyseed Mug Cake Mix as directed, using butter instead of oil, and soaked in a mixture of lemon juice and Allulose after resting for a few minutes once cooked.
Topped with soft whipped cream for the perfect finish. This was crazy good!
