This dreamy treat is full of lemon goodness, cooks up fast in a mug or even in my mini Bundt maker!
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Butter
1 Egg
Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt 1tbsp butter into a mug (use oil for dairy free)
Crack 1 egg into your mug and mix well
Pour it in mini Bundt maker.
Cook in 8-10 minutes (depends on your Bundt maker)
To top it off, I used vanilla ice cream to take this cake to the next level!
Then, add Carmel syrup and a little HWC and your in for an amazing treat!
