I keep trying mixes from @eatsweetlogic and today I chose a mix for a classic carrot cake
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp melted butter into a microwave-safe mug
- 1 packet of @eatsweetlogic Carrot Mug Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt 1 tbsp butter
- Pour in 1 packet of @eatsweetlogic Carrot Mug Muffin Mix into a mug
- Crack 1 egg into your mug and stir well
- Microwave for 60 seconds
