I was racking my brain trying to figure out what I could do to use my @eatsweetlogic Fudge Brownie Mug Mix and this is what I came up with.
I made mocha brownie shots. These were so delicious using the Sweet Logic Fudge Brownie Mug Mix, prepared using option two. after preparing the brownies using my silicone shot glass pan I froze them so that they would maintain their form.
Next, I made Simply Delish Natural chocolate pudding an added to teaspoons of instant espresso. I filled the frozen shot glasses with the pudding mixture and froze them again. After about an hour I topped with whip cream and sprinkled with instant espresso.
