I made my biscotti using the Orange Almond Mug Cake Mix from @eatsweetlogic
I made it per package directions in a ramekin in the microwave. Once finished in microwave, I allowed to cool for a couple minutes so my cake would come out clean from the ramekin.
I cut my cake in half, then cut each half into 1/4’s. I baked in the oven on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper and lightly sprayed. Oven set to 350* and bake for 5 minutes on one side, turn and bake for 5 more minutes.
Glaze is 3 Tbsp swerve confectioners sweetener and 1 Tbsp heavy cream.
Topped with toasted almonds
