Oh myyyyyy! @eatsweetlogic has done it again! Whipped up a super quick Orange Almond Mug Cake for breakfast per the package instructions and topped with vanilla buttercream made with swerve confectioners sugar.
I was too lazy to wait for it to cool before frosting, so the buttercream melted all over the place but I didn’t caaaare! It was SO good! Sweet buttery heaven!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of Sweet Logic Orange Almond Mug Cake
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- Vanilla Buttercream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt 1 tbsp melted butter into a microwave-safe mug.
- Pour 1 Packet Sweet Logic Orange Almond Mug Cake to a mug.
- Crack 1 egg into your mug and stir well.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Top it with vanilla buttercream made with swerve confectioners sugar.
