PEPPERMINT MOCHA BROWNIES

Ingredients:


1 pouch of keto-friendly Fudge Brownie Mix
2 eggs
1 tsp peppermint extract
3 Tbls peppermint mocha 
8 Tbls melted unsalted butter
1-2 shots of espresso
30mL peppermint mocha 
A long drizzle of chocolate peppermint syrup over the top of the batter (when in the dish, before baking)

Directions:

Essentially you just combine the wet ingredients and then add the dry mix. Bake at 350° for 20-30 mins, depending on your oven!
