Inspired by lifting is cake pecan pie cupcakes, I made a pumpkin pecan bundt cake with @eatsweetlogic Pumpkin Spice Bread & Muffin Mix. Bundt maker comes in handy when I’m trying to make a cute cake for one!
Followed the instructions on the package to make the Bundt cake and added a pecan topping after cooking it half way in my bundt maker!

Cook 1/4 cup of butter, 1/3 cup swerve sweetie brown “sugar” 2/3 cups chopped pecan 1/3 cup choc zero maple pecan syrup with some oooflavors maple pecan flavor for that extra flavor!
