This was my treat for the week, I covered the cookie with Rebel Chocolate PB ice cream and a little whipped heavy cream, then I mashed it all together.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 packet of @eatsweetlogic Peanut Butter Cookie Mug Cake Mix
- 1 Egg
- Rebel Chocolate PB ice cream
- heavy whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt 1 tbsp butter in a mug
- Pour in 1 packet of @eatsweetlogic Peanut Butter Cookie Mug Cake Mix
- Add 1 egg & stir well.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Top with Rebel Chocolate PB ice cream & heavy whipped cream
