Waffle Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

• 3/4 cup Sweet Logic Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 Egg
• American Cheese
• 4 Slices of Turkey Ham
• 6 Slices of Bacon
• Avocado slices
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat a waffle maker to medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly oil the top and bottom of the waffle maker or coat with nonstick spray.
  3. In a bowl, stir 3/4 cup Sweet Logic Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1/3 cup water & 1 tbsp oil. (good for 3-4" waffles)
  4. Cook it according to waffle maker. 
  5. Once done, place the waffle on a plate. top with egg, American cheese, bacon turkey ham and avocado. 
  6. Serve immediately.
