What to drink on a Keto Diet?

We all love a glass or two of our favorite drinks.

However, most of the famous thirst quenchers are big calories and contribute low to zero to our health and well-being.

It's a good thing that there is a huge variety of drinks that you can enjoy while not compromising your diet.

Water - It is important to keep yourself well hydrated at all times to feel your best. 

As always, water is wonderful and does wonders.

Whether plain or sparkling, water has no carbs and is great at quenching your thirst.

Coffee - Trade your ready-mix-coffee for bulletproof coffee.

Some coffees that you can enjoy in your resident coffee shop are short mocha, short americano, short flat white, and Chai Tea Latte.

Milk - A cup of your chilled milk seems like a treat too.

Try Almond Milk, Hazelnut Milk, Soy Milk, Coconut Milk, and Cashew Milk.

Tea - tea is also a good drink you can sip in the afternoon. Unsweetened black tea or green tea is your way to go.

There are a few developed Keto energy drinks as well that you can enjoy.

A glass of wine occasionally is okay too.

However, do note that if you aim to do 100% clean Keto and want to avoid all artificial sweeteners completely then some of these drinks may not be for you.
