It’s rare when you’re proud of your mugshot but in this case, I love mine! 😇
⠀
If you’ve followed my page for any length of time you know I don’t keep a Keto diet but you also know how much I love Keto desserts. Keto desserts and baked goods are almost ALWAYS gluten-free (do your due diligence and always check the product to make certain) and that makes me a Keto fan.
⠀
I tried a couple mug cakes from @sweetlogic and I am so impressed. Mug cakes are exactly what they sound like- cakes you make in a mug and microwave. The mug cakes from Sweet Logic take two minutes to make in prep and cook time. They carry dairy free and regular versions as well (my favorite, the red velvet happened to be dairy free) and they make full sized baking mixes.
⠀
Here are the carrot cake and red velvet flavors. I can’t wait to try the Confetti cake and Triple Chocolate flavors too.
⠀
I topped the red velvet with non diary whipped cream, crushed gluten-free Oreos, and chocolate sauce. I topped the carrot cake with non dairy whipped cream and pecans.
⠀
Disclaimer: Sweet Logic does make their mug cake mixes in a shared facility that processes wheat.
