Mocha Whoopie Pie Recipe

Mocha Whoopie Pie Recipe

@Ketooginja recently posted about her sweet cravings and how sometimes desserts can be triggering for her as she tends to overeat when it comes to sweet treats. Who doesn’t?!

For her and the majority of busy keto dieters, single-serving treats are such a game-changer! One portion, and no leftovers to tempt you into eating seconds. What you see before you is a Sweet Logic Mocha or Chocolate mug cake that has been transformed. @Ketoginja made a simple whoopie pie with a single serving chocolate buttercream.

Here’s the recipe:

First, prepare your Sweet Logic mug cake according to the package instructions. Allow the cake to cool in the mug for a few moments. Lightly jiggle the cake onto a small plate and allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Then use a serrated knife to slice the cake into two equal slices. It should look like two tiny round cakes. Set the cake to the side to continue cooling.

For the frosting (using a hand mixer) blend Two tablespoons of softened unsalted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of powdered sweetener, 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of heavy whipping cream. Blend on low until fluffy. You can easily adjust the sweetness to your own liking.

ENJOY!
