An amazing Sweet Logic Red Velvet Mug Cake topped with my absolute favorite craft belly delights vanilla ice cream finished off with a drizzle of Choc Zero sugar-free chocolate syrup and Land O'Lakes sugar-free whip!
This was simply delicious!
A must try and it only took 3 minutes to make.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of Sweet Logic Red Velvet Mug Cake Mix
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- Craft Belly Delights Vanilla Ice Cream
- Choc Zero sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Land O'Lakes sugar-free whip
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt 1 tbsp butter into a microwavable mug.
- Pour 1 Packet Sweet Logic Chocolate Mug Cake Mix
- Crack 1 egg into your microwavable mug and stir well.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Top with craft belly delights vanilla ice cream
- Finished off with a drizzle of Choc Zero sugar-free chocolate syrup and Land O'Lakes sugar-free whip.
