Blueberry Mug Muffin

Recipe by @baldguyketo Have you tried these Sweet Logic Mug Cakes? They are so delish! They are ready in 1 minute in your microwave. I used the Blueberry Mug Muffin Mix and made this awesome blueberry sauce to put on top. It's so easy to make. Just put a cup of fresh or frozen blueberries in a saucepan and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 3 tbsp water, and 4 tbsp of your fave sweetener. I used Volupta Monkfruit sweetener in this sauce. Just simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes until the fruit breaks down, voila done!
