@eatsweetlogic mug cakes are my fave!Just add a TBSP of melted butter, 1 whole egg and pop it in the microwave for 1 minute!I like to serve this warm and top with whipped cream. You can pick these up at your local Vitamin Shoppe!

Oh man these were so good!I used @eatsweetlogic Ultimate Carrot Mug Cake but instead of cooking it in a mug I put it in my mini bydash waffle machine..I melted a tablespoon of butter.Add in the mix.Crack in 1 egg.Mix well.Spray the machine.Pour in half the batter for each waffle.Cook for a minute or so till browned and cooked through..I made a sweetened cream cheese icing with cream cheese, sugar free powdered sugar and spoonful of heavy cream. I just added a drop of orange food coloring.The leaves are microgreens..I topped with some sea salt roasted pecans and sugar free syrup..@eatsweetlogic has 0 added sugar, gluten free and these are 4 net carbs for each.
